TikiTaka login and sign-up, access and first bonus
Signing in, opening one account and activating the Welcome Bonus: the rules and terms of TikiTaka's UK site as of 15 Oct 2026.
You log in on the operator's own site with the details you registered with; TikiTaka's terms allow one account per person, address, phone, email and IP, and only from age 18. On TikiTaka's UK site the Welcome Bonus is 100% up to £425 + 200 Free Spins from a £17 deposit (17 GBP / 20 EUR), with 35× (deposit + bonus) in 10 days; terms as of 15 Oct 2026.
Log in to TikiTaka
You sign in on the operator's own site, with the details you registered with; this page never asks for a password or any personal data. The rules cover everything behind the sign-in: who may hold an account, how many accounts are allowed and where to turn when you cannot get in.
- Your registered detailsThe details the account was opened with; the terms allow a single account per person.
- Keep credentials privateWhatever is done with your login counts as your own action, so they are never shared.
- Help if it failsLive chat or an email to support@tikitaka.com; other causes are in the problems section.
One account, one set of details
Use the details the account was opened with. If they do not match what you remember, opening a second account to get round the problem is the one move to avoid: the terms allow a single account per person, and duplicates are closed with their winnings cancelled.
When you cannot get in
Whatever is done with your credentials counts, under the terms, as your own action, so they are not shared with anyone. If sign-in fails, the route the operator gives is support: live chat, or an email to support@tikitaka.com.
If that does not get you in, the section on common problems lists the causes the terms allow for.
Registration: what you need and how
The General Terms fix three conditions before an account is opened: you are 18 or over, the details you give are real, and you keep to one account per person. Get them right first time: a duplicate account is closed and its winnings are cancelled, so there is no fixing it later.
One account per person
One account is allowed per person, household or address, phone number or email, and IP address. If duplicates are found, the actions and winnings are cancelled, withdrawals already paid are returned and the account is closed with no right to restore it. The limit covers the address and the IP, not just the person.
Aged 18 or over, with real details
You must be at least 18, and anyone who is not has to leave the site at once; winnings of underage players are cancelled. The details given at registration need to be real, because they are later checked against the identity document and proof of address that verification asks for.

- Anyone under 18 has to leave the site at once.Open
- One per person, address, phone or email, and IP; duplicates are closed.
- They are checked against the identity document and proof of address in verification.
- If a promotion and the General Terms differ, the promotion's terms win.Open
- Identity, address and payment method; you have 30 days to supply them.
The bonus that goes with the first deposit is covered in the next section, and the rules for playing within your means are on the responsible gambling page.
The Welcome Bonus when you register
On TikiTaka's UK site the Welcome Bonus is 100% up to £425 + 200 Free Spins on the first deposit, which has to be at least £17 (425 GBP / 500 EUR and 17 GBP / 20 EUR in the terms). These are the conditions of 15 Oct 2026, quoted as the promotion publishes them, in pounds with the operator's euro pair.

| Minimum deposit | 17 GBP / 20 EUR |

Enlarge the imageHow it is activated: deposit and Profile
After the deposit, the bonus and then the Free Spins are activated one after the other in Profile. The 200 spins arrive as 20 a day for 10 days, and each batch has to be taken within 24 hours. Deposits through Neteller and Skrill do not qualify for the promotion.
The 17 GBP / 20 EUR minimum belongs to the bonus, not to the cashier. For the United Kingdom the TikiTaka cashier lists Monzo, bank transfer and crypto for deposits, and card, bank transfer, Revolut and crypto for withdrawals (15 Oct 2026); limits are stated in EUR.
Weekend and weekly reloads
Two top-up offers sit beside it. Weekend Reload gives 50% up to £680 + 80 Free Spins for a first deposit between Friday and Sunday (UTC), and Weekly Reload gives 60 Free Spins for one between Monday and Thursday; both start from 17 GBP / 20 EUR and need an opt-in.
- Activate the bonus and then the spins, one after the other, in Profile.
- Play slots: most count 100% towards wagering, while the excluded games count 0%.
- Combine the Welcome Bonus with other bonuses.
- Count deposits through Neteller or Skrill: they do not qualify.
- The 35× applies to deposit plus bonus, not to the bonus alone.
- After 10 days the bonus and its winnings are void.
- While the bonus is active the maximum stake is 85 GBP / 100 EUR.
Every offer with its conditions is on the TikiTaka bonuses page; the methods you can pay with are on the payments page.
Account verification (KYC)
Identity verification (KYC) can be asked for before and after a deposit, and again when you withdraw. The terms give you 30 days to supply the documents and say the operator will usually verify them within 10 days once its request has been answered in full.
- A certified identity document.
- Proof of address.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method and statements of its transactions.
- Supply the documents within 30 days of the request.
- Answer the request in full: the review period counts from then.
- Go along with extra checks, such as a call or a facial verification.
- 30 days to supply the documents; otherwise payment is held and the account can be suspended or closed.
- Normally 10 days to review after the full answer; a complex case can take longer.
Documents and deadlines
The documents are due within 30 days of the request; until then the operator may hold the payment or suspend the account, and if the deadline passes it may close the account for good. The check normally takes 10 days from the moment the answer is complete, though a complex case may take longer or need extra checks.
Why it is worth doing early
A withdrawal is only worked on once the checks are complete, so outstanding documents delay the payout as well. The cashier rules apply on top: the minimum ×1 wagering of the deposit and, if it is not met, the possible 10% hold on the last deposit (15% if it was topped up by card or bank transfer).
How long a withdrawal takes once the account is verified is on the withdrawal time page.
If you cannot log in: common problems
The terms point to four likely causes: details that do not match, a duplicate account, documents still outstanding, or a closure by the operator. Each has a fix below, and in every case the first call is support.
Use the details the account was opened with. If you are still locked out, write to live chat or support@tikitaka.com.
Only one account per person, address, phone or email, and IP is allowed; with duplicates the actions and winnings are cancelled and the account is closed.
Identity, address and payment method are supplied within 30 days; verification usually takes 10 days after the complete answer.
The terms (§3.9) allow it without prior notice or justification. Keep the correspondence and complain in writing to complaints@tikitaka.com: outcome within 10 days.
What to put in a message to support
To help support find the account, give your username, full name and the date and time of the problem. A formal complaint to complaints@tikitaka.com asks for the same details, the email sent from your registered address, the subject COMPLAINT and a description of the case.
If the operator closes the account
Under §3.9 the operator may refuse or close an account without prior notice or justification. If that happens, keep every email and complain in writing: the operator states the outcome within 10 days of receiving the complaint, and says it joined the AskGamblers circle of trust, whose casino complaint service also takes cases.
The remaining channels and the order of a complaint are on the contact page.
Inactive account, closing, self-exclusion
If you only log in now and then, three rules apply: the inactivity charge, account closure and self-exclusion. The charge is the one that costs money, so start there: an account with no login for 180 days counts as inactive.
Inactive account: 5 EUR a month
From then on the operator charges 5 EUR a month, may change the fee without notice and, if the balance is under 5 EUR, takes the whole balance. The way to avoid it is to log in before the 180 days are up.
Closing the account or self-excluding
To close the account you write to support@tikitaka.com, and it can only be closed with no balance and no pending withdrawals: if there is a balance or a withdrawal in progress, the funds on the account are voided. Self-exclusion is also requested by email and the operator closes the account as soon as practicable; any other accounts you hold remain your responsibility.
Live chat and email to support@tikitaka.com.
In writing to complaints@tikitaka.com; the operator states the outcome within 10 days.
National Gambling Helpline (GamCare): 0808 8020 133, free, 24 hours a day. To self-exclude, email support@tikitaka.com.
Gambling can be addictive; you must be 18 or over to play.
More tools and contacts for support are on the responsible gambling page.
Mobile access
On a phone there is no app-store application: on Android, TikiTaka installs as a web app (PWA) through Chrome, from the installer page that the operator links to. For iPhone and iPad no install link is given, so you use the mobile site in the browser.
What to expect
A search of the iOS (7 countries) and Android app stores on 15 Oct 2026 found no TikiTaka casino app. The steps for the Android web app are set out on the app page.
The payment methods and their limits are on the payments page.
