- Cashier status for the UK: 15 Oct 2026
In the TikiTaka cashier for the United Kingdom (data of 15 Oct 2026) deposits are listed for Monzo and bank transfer (10–500 € each) and crypto (10–5,000 €; Bitcoin from 30 €), and withdrawals for card (10–3,000 €), bank transfer and Revolut (10–5,000 € each) and crypto (from 20 €; Bitcoin from 60 €); limits are stated in EUR. Before withdrawing, the deposit must be wagered at least once (×1), otherwise the operator may keep 10% (15% for card or bank-transfer top-ups), and Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify for the Welcome Bonus.
Deposit methods in the cashier
For the United Kingdom the TikiTaka cashier lists three deposit routes on 15 Oct 2026: Monzo (10 to 500 €), bank transfer (10 to 500 €) and crypto (10 to 5,000 €, Bitcoin from 30 €). Those are the cashier's own ranges, stated in euros. Under the terms the operator sets the minimum and maximum of each deposit at its discretion (§6.5).
Deposit from 10 to 500 €; withdrawal from 10 to 5,000 €.
Deposit from 10 to 5,000 € (Bitcoin from 30 €); withdrawal from 20 to 5,000 € (Bitcoin from 60 €).
Coins listedMonzo and bank transfer
Monzo and bank transfer share the same deposit range, 10 to 500 €. Monzo is listed for deposits only, while bank transfer also appears on the withdrawal side. A 10 € deposit is enough to play, but the Welcome Bonus asks for 17 GBP / 20 EUR, so a smaller first payment gets no bonus.
Crypto on the deposit side
Crypto deposits run from 10 to 5,000 €, and Bitcoin has a minimum of its own, 30 €. The coins the cashier lists are named in the crypto section below.

Which methods can be used to withdraw, and within what limits, is in the next section.
Withdrawal methods and limits
The withdrawal side is wider than the deposit side: Withdraw to Card (10 to 3,000 €), bank transfer and Revolut (10 to 5,000 € each) and crypto (from 20 €, Bitcoin from 60 €, up to 5,000 €). Which one pays out depends on how the account was funded, because wherever possible the operator pays back by the same method.
| Method | Direction | Limit per transaction |
|---|---|---|
| Monzo | Deposit | 10–500 € |
| Bank transfer | Deposit | 10–500 € |
| Crypto | Deposit | 10–5,000 € |
| Bitcoin | Deposit | 30–5,000 € |
| Withdraw to Card | Withdrawal | 10–3,000 € |
| Bank transfer | Withdrawal | 10–5,000 € |
| Revolut | Withdrawal | 10–5,000 € |
| Crypto | Withdrawal | 20–5,000 € |
| Bitcoin | Withdrawal | 60–5,000 € |
Card, bank transfer and Revolut
The per-transaction ranges differ: withdrawal to card goes up to 3,000 €, while bank transfer and Revolut go up to 5,000 € each, and all three start at 10 €. A larger sum than a method allows has to be split across requests, within the limit on pending ones.
Withdraw to the same method
Withdrawals are processed, wherever possible, by the method that funded the account; the operator may use another, because the method you prefer is not guaranteed. Before depositing, it is worth checking that your route also exists on the withdrawal side: Monzo, for instance, is listed for deposits only.
The financial department works through each withdrawal within 3 business days, Monday to Friday, 6:00–17:00 GMT (General Terms §6.15); the detail is on the withdrawal time page.
Crypto: which coins the cashier lists
The cashier for the United Kingdom lists Bitcoin and, beyond it, USDT (on the ERC20, Solana, BEP20 and TRC20 networks), Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, USDC (also on Solana), BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano. The list is that of the operator's cashier on 15 Oct 2026 and it can change.
Minimums by direction
A crypto deposit runs from 10 to 5,000 €, with a separate 30 € minimum for Bitcoin. On withdrawal the minimum rises to 20 € (60 € for Bitcoin), and the ceiling stays at 5,000 €.
How it differs from the other methods
With crypto the withdrawal minimum is double the deposit minimum, 20 € against 10 € and 60 € against 30 € for Bitcoin, while bank transfer starts at 10 € in both directions. What does not change are the money rules: the ×1 rollover, the hold and the monthly betting minimum apply to every method.
The rules that apply to every method are in deposit rules and refunds.
Withdrawal limits by VIP level
On top of a method's range, withdrawals carry a daily and a monthly ceiling that depend on the VIP level, from 500 € a day and 7,000 € a month at level 1 to 1,500 € and 20,000 € at level 5. The level is worked out from activity in the 90 days before the request, and a month with no bets drops a player to the lowest level automatically.
| VIP level | Daily withdrawal | Monthly withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| VIP 1 | 500 € | 7,000 € |
| VIP 2 | 500 € | 10,000 € |
| VIP 3 | 800 € | 12,000 € |
| VIP 4 | 1,000 € | 15,000 € |
| VIP 5 | 1,500 € | 20,000 € |
The level is worked out from activity in the 90 days before a withdrawal request; with no bets for a month it drops to the lowest level.
A daily and a monthly ceiling
At level 3 the ceiling is 800 € a day and 12,000 € a month, so a bigger withdrawal is spread over several days, always within the 3 pending requests the account allows. The terms give these figures in euros and have no pound column, which is why they appear here in euros.
The VIP levels and what each one brings are on VIP club and cashback.
Fees, ×1 rollover and the 10% hold
Before withdrawing, the deposit has to be wagered at least once (×1). If it is not, the operator may cancel the winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit (not less than 0.5 EUR), or 15% when the balance was topped up by card or bank transfer. There must also be 20 EUR of bets in the calendar month of the request.
- Wager the deposit at least once (×1) before withdrawing.
- Reach 20 EUR of bets in the calendar month of the request.
- No more than 3 pending withdrawals at once.
- The operator may cancel the winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit (not less than 0.5 EUR).
- The hold rises to 15% if the balance was topped up by card or bank transfer.
- With under 20 EUR of bets in the month, the operator may decline the request.
- Play the deposit through once before asking to withdraw.
- Check the current month's bets.
- Withdraw by the method that funded the account, wherever possible.
The base is the last deposit
The hold is calculated on the last deposit, not on the winnings, and the operator describes it as payment expenses. For a top-up by card or bank transfer the percentage is higher, so an unwagered deposit costs more if it came in by those two routes.
What the monthly minimum means
The deposited money and any later winnings must meet a minimum monthly wagering threshold before a withdrawal can be approved. If you have not reached 20 EUR in the calendar month of the request, the operator reserves the right to decline it.
How long a withdrawal that meets these conditions takes is on the withdrawal time page.
Deposit rules and refunds
The general rules on money in the account come down to five points: who sets deposit limits, when a refund is possible, what happens with chargebacks, where client funds are held and what befalls an idle account. They come from the operator's General Terms and apply whichever method you use.
The operator sets the minimum and maximum
The minimum and maximum of each deposit are fixed by the operator at its own discretion; the cashier ranges quoted on this page are those of 15 Oct 2026 and can change.
Refunds: exceptional cases only
As a rule deposits are not refunded: a refund is considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as technical problems, and it has to be requested within 24 hours. The operator replies within 10 business days, and once the deposit or its linked bonus has been used in a bet, a refund is no longer possible.
Chargebacks and tax
By depositing, the player agrees not to reverse the payment through a chargeback and to compensate the operator for the costs of recovering it (§6.4). Tax on winnings is the player's own responsibility (§6.23).
Client funds
Under §6.17 the operator states that client funds are kept apart from its own, in dedicated client bank accounts. It is the operator's statement, not a guarantee this page has verified.
An idle account
After 180 days without logging in, the account counts as inactive and the operator charges 5 EUR a month. How to avoid it, and how to close an account, is on inactive account, closing, self-exclusion.
How an account is opened and verified is on the login and sign-up page.
Neteller and Skrill: the bonus rule
The Welcome Bonus has a payment condition that is easy to miss: deposits through Neteller and Skrill do not qualify for the promotion. Anyone who funds the account that way gets no bonus, however well the other conditions are met. The minimum for the bonus, 17 GBP / 20 EUR, is also a separate figure from a method's own minimum.
- Withdraw to card: the cashier lists it, from 10 to 3,000 €.
- Withdraw by crypto from 20 € (Bitcoin from 60 €).
- Count deposits through Neteller or Skrill towards the Welcome Bonus: they do not qualify.
- Expect Monzo on the withdrawal side: it is listed for deposits.
- The Welcome Bonus asks for 17 GBP / 20 EUR, though the cashier takes deposits from 10 €.
- The operator may pay out by a method other than the one you asked for.
- Rollover
- How many times an amount must be wagered before withdrawing. To withdraw, wagering the deposit once (×1) is enough; the Welcome Bonus asks for 35× on deposit plus bonus.
- Hold
- The amount the operator keeps if the deposit was not wagered at least once: 10% of the last deposit (not less than 0.5 EUR), or 15% for a card or bank-transfer top-up.
- Bonus minimum deposit
- 17 GBP / 20 EUR on the first deposit, though the cashier takes deposits from 10 €.
- Pending withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests not yet paid out; the account allows at most 3 at a time.
Bonus minimum against the cashier's minimum
The cashier accepts deposits from 10 € on Monzo and bank transfer, but the first deposit that earns the Welcome Bonus has to be at least 17 GBP / 20 EUR. So if the bonus matters to you, size the first payment for the bonus rather than for the method.
Two more bonus figures concern the cashier side: a maximum stake of 85 GBP / 100 EUR while the bonus is active, and a limit of 10 times the initial bonus on withdrawal.
The full conditions of the bonus are on the TikiTaka bonuses page.
If a payment goes wrong
If a payment does not arrive or a withdrawal stalls, the order the operator provides is support first and the written complaint second. Before writing it pays to go through what depends on you: pending documents, the ×1 rollover, the month's bets and the number of pending withdrawals.
- That is the minimum rollover (×1); otherwise a 10% or 15% hold may apply.
- The monthly minimum counts within the calendar month of the request.
- You have 30 days from the request to supply them.Open
- The account allows at most 3 at a time.
- Monzo, for instance, is listed for deposits only.
Check pending documents (30 days), the ×1 rollover and the 20 EUR of bets in the month; the operator may hold a withdrawal while it completes checks.
The account allows at most 3 pending withdrawals at once; with three in progress a fourth does not fit.
The operator may pay by a method other than the one requested, and Monzo is listed for deposits only.
Transfers of funds between customers are prohibited, and the operator may block the accounts involved.
The order of a complaint
Write to support first, by live chat or at support@tikitaka.com; if that does not settle it, the detailed complaint goes to complaints@tikitaka.com with your username, name, the subject COMPLAINT and a description, and the operator states the outcome within 10 days. It also says it joined the AskGamblers circle of trust, which runs a casino complaint service.
Live chat and email to support@tikitaka.com.
In writing to complaints@tikitaka.com; the operator states the outcome within 10 days.
National Gambling Helpline (GamCare): 0808 8020 133, free, available 24 hours a day. To self-exclude, email support@tikitaka.com.
Gambling can be addictive; you must be 18 or over to play.
The documents that verification asks for are listed under account verification; help with gambling is on the responsible gambling page.
