Responsible gambling at TikiTaka: tools and help
What tools the operator describes, how to ask for self-exclusion and where to get free help in Britain. Over-18s only.
Principles of control
Gambling can be addictive and is for people aged 18 or over only. The operator's responsible gambling page sums up three ideas for keeping it as entertainment; they are guidelines, not tools that can be switched on in the account.
- Play only with money you can spare (“extra funds”).
- Keep an eye on the time you play and the amount you spend.
- Answer the self-assessment questionnaire of 13 questions.
Registration by people under 18 is prohibited: anyone who is not yet 18 has to leave the site at once, and winnings of underage players are cancelled (§2.1 of the terms and the operator's responsible gambling page).

Self-exclusion and closing an account
The self-limiting tool the operator describes is self-exclusion: you request it by email to support@tikitaka.com and the operator closes the account “as soon as practicable”. Telling the operator about other accounts that exist is the player's responsibility.
What the operator does not describe
The operator's page describes no deposit or time limits that can be set in the account; the only self-limiting instrument listed is self-exclusion by email.
Closing the account (§3.7)
Closing the account is requested in writing at support@tikitaka.com and is only possible when there is no balance and no pending withdrawals: if it is closed with a balance or with withdrawals pending, all the funds on the account are voided.
