TikiTaka terms: what the General Terms say
A reader's summary of TikiTaka's General Terms, version 1.13 of 20 Aug 2026, with literal quotations from the English original.
Language and priority (§1.5 and §1.2)
This page summarises, for the reader, TikiTaka's General Terms (version 1.13, last updated on ). It is a summary with literal quotations: the clauses are cited by number (§) so they can be found in the original, and this site is not a party to the contract and does not run accounts. The Terms exist in several languages, but only one version binds, the English one, and §1.5 says so.
“The binding version of the Terms is the English version. All translations are provided for your convenience only. In the event of discrepancy between the English version of the Terms and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.”
TikiTaka, General Terms v1.13, §1.5
Between different documents the more specific one prevails. Under §1.2: “In case of any discrepancy terms of advertising campaigns, bonuses, and special promotions shall take precedence over the other Terms.” In other words, the terms of each promotion prevail over the general ones.
Excluded Jurisdictions (§2.3)
TikiTaka's General Terms (version 1.13, 20 August 2026) list the United Kingdom among the Excluded Jurisdictions (§2.3), whose residents "do not have the right to open accounts … or add monetary funds"; §7.4 bars them from promotions. The list holds 25 jurisdictions, and here it is in full, quoted in the original English.
“Residents of the following countries (the “Excluded Jurisdictions”): Afghanistan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, Netherlands, Sweden, Ukraine (including the territory of Crimea), United Kingdom, United States of America, Cote d’ivoire, Armenia, Georgia, Netherlands Antilles do not have the right to open accounts with our Website or add monetary funds to their accounts. We reserve the right to change the list of Excluded Jurisdictions at our sole and absolute discretion and without forewarning.”
TikiTaka, General Terms v1.13, §2.3
The operator may change the list without notice, and §2.3 asks the player to review the Terms often. §7.4 adds that residents of the Excluded Jurisdictions are not permitted to register for or take advantage of any promotion.
On the law of each country, §2.2 is explicit: “It is solely your responsibility to know the laws of your country concerning online gambling and the use of the Website, at all times.”
Separately, some software providers bar play for customers in certain territories (§2.4 and §15). In §15.2 the list of countries where NetEnt games are unavailable includes the United Kingdom, and the same section holds territorial lists for other providers.
Which version of the site is described
The figures on this site come from the operator's UK version, at /en/, the version its country detection returned for the United Kingdom on .
The operator can change that version and its terms at any time. The figures and promotion terms quoted on this site are those of TikiTaka's UK site, as published on that date, and the clause above is quoted for the reader beside them.
Account verification (§5)
Before paying a withdrawal, the operator may ask for documents to verify the player (KYC). §5 sets deadlines for the player and a usual period of review.
- The documents requested are proof of identity, proof of address, proof of ownership of the payment method and, where relevant, statements (§5.1 to §5.3).
- The player has 30 days from the request to supply them; otherwise payment is delayed and the account can be suspended and closed.
- The operator will usually verify the documents within 10 days of the request being answered in full.
- Checks can be carried out by third parties (credit, identification and anti-fraud agencies) and can include an extra call or facial verification (§5.4 and §5.5).
The minimum age is 18 (§2.1): anyone who is not has to leave the site at once, and winnings of underage players are cancelled.
Payments and withdrawals (§6)
§6 gathers the rules on deposits and withdrawals. The ones that affect the player most are the processing deadline, the minimum rollover of the deposit and the inactivity charge.
- Withdrawal requests are worked through by the financial department within 3 business days, 6:00–17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday, provided the other conditions are met (§6.15).
- Before withdrawing, the deposit must be wagered at least once (×1); if not, the operator may cancel all winnings and keep a fee of 10% of the last deposit (not less than 0.5 EUR), or 15% if it was paid by card or bank transfer (§6.8).
- To approve a withdrawal, a minimum of 20 EUR of bets in the calendar month of the request may be required (§6.7).
- There may be no more than 3 pending withdrawals at once (§6.13).
- Deposits are not refunded as a rule; they are considered only in exceptional circumstances, to be requested within 24 hours, with an answer within 10 business days (§6.6).
- An account not logged into for 180 days counts as inactive and pays 5 EUR a month (§6.18).
The payout deadline from start to finish is on the withdrawal time page.
Bonuses: common rules (§7)
§7 sets the rules that apply to every promotion unless the promotion itself says otherwise. A summary of the points that weigh most on the player's pocket.
- One bonus per person, family, household address, phone number, personal or shared computer and IP (§7.2).
- The operator may refuse a bonus, cancel participation or exclude the player; its decision in a disagreement is final (§7.3).
- Every bonus has a wagering requirement: a multiple of the bonus, of bonus plus deposit, or of the winnings it generates (§7.6).
- Contribution to the requirement: slots 100%; live games 10%; table and card games 0%; video poker and Plinko 10%; Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly 50%; Jackpot Slots, Slingo and Bingo are not available with bonus funds; Aviator, Chicken Road, Spaceman and Dead or Alive count 0% (§7.7 to §7.9).
- With a bonus active, the titles on the Prohibited Games list cannot be played (§7.10).
- Real balance is wagered first; once it is used up, bonus balance starts (§7.11).
- The requirement has to be met within 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses; after that the bonus and its winnings are void (§7.12).
- A maximum stake applies before wagering is complete, and strategies are prohibited (§7.19); in the promotions of the UK site the maximum stake is 85 GBP / 100 EUR.
- In case of abuse, the operator may cancel all promotions and winnings and close access to future promotions (§7.20).
Which games count towards a bonus, in a table, is on the casino games page; the terms of each offer are on the bonuses page.
Complaints (§13)
§13 sets the order for complaining: first support, then a detailed written complaint and, where relevant, the external route the operator names.
- Write to support: live chat or support@tikitaka.com.
- If it is not settled, support advises sending the detailed complaint to complaints@tikitaka.com, with username, full name, registered email, the subject COMPLAINT, a description, and dates and times.
- A dispute is a complaint about the result of a bet not settled at the first stage (§13.3); a resolution committee examines it.
- §13.7 sets the deadline: “We will inform you of the outcome of your complaint within 10 (ten) days of receiving the complaint.” In complex cases it can be extended.
- The operator says it joined the AskGamblers circle of trust: each side has 96 hours to reply or the complaint is closed.
§13.9 makes clear that the player contracts only with the company operating the site and agrees not to bring claims against third parties involved in running it.
The procedure applied to payments, bonuses and accounts is on the reviews and complaints page.
