Contact: the site's editors and the operator's support

There are two different recipients: the editorial team of this site, for mistakes and out-of-date facts on its pages, and the operator, for everything that touches an account, a bonus or a withdrawal.

Writing to the editorial team

The address of the editorial team is help@tikitaka.ing. Use it to report a figure that no longer matches the operator's page, a broken link or a slip in the text. It helps to name the page, the item and the source where you checked it.

The editorial team has no access to accounts, deposits or withdrawals and cannot settle a player's issue. No response time is set; a confirmed correction appears on the page with a new date of check.

The operator's support and complaints

According to the operator, support answers by live chat and by email at support@tikitaka.com. If the problem is not settled, the detailed complaint goes in writing to complaints@tikitaka.com, with your username, full name, the email sent from your registered address, the subject COMPLAINT, a description of the case and the relevant dates and times.

The operator states the outcome within 10 days of receiving the complaint, and says it joined the AskGamblers circle of trust, whose casino complaint service also takes cases. For personal data, the operator names its data protection officer: dpo@tikitaka.com.
